Thanks for your reply and help. I'm in the U.S. and the password only contains U.S. letters, numbers, and symbols. It's been working fine for years to connect to the web interface, and it works fine to connect to PSM. If you think it would matter, I can temporarily try a super-simple one just to be sure.
Yes, I thought that was the case, that I would need to use MDTK or some other program to adjust listening ports.
